Relationship Counseling

Conscious Partnership. Deeper Connection.

Relationships are one of our greatest assignments. They are mirrors, teachers, and a powerful ground for healing. They can also be incredibly difficult.

My approach to relationship counseling is for motivated, self-responsible partners who want to use their relationship as a vehicle for growth and deeper intimacy.

I work with couples and partners of all configurations—straight, queer, trans, poly/open, and kink-identified. I have extensive experience helping partners navigate the complexities that arise from cultural differences, power dynamics, and individual trauma histories.

You may be feeling stuck in the same repeating fight, struggling with a breach of trust, or finding it hard to communicate. Perhaps old wounds are being activated, and you don’t know how to stop hurting each other.

I am not a passive referee. I am an active, relational therapist who will work with you to understand the dynamic you’re co-creating. Drawing from the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), somatic awareness, and attachment theory, we will:

  • Build pathways back to trust, security, and intimacy.
  • Identify your attachment patterns and how they show up in conflict.
  • Build emotional fluency and communication skills that actually work.
  • Learn to regulate your nervous systems—both as individuals and as a couple.
  • Address the impact of past traumas on your present-day connection.

This work requires courage and commitment, but the reward is a more resilient, authentic, and connected partnership
